help with hotel please

hi

We will be passing through on route to Canada in August %26amp; plan on stopping for a day/night somewhere near to Mall Of America.

Can anyone advise on a good hotel, reasonably priced for a family of 4?

Thanks

Sally

I use Country Inn and Suites...Mall of America. Good breakfast included...nice staff and ok prices, too. Convenient to the Mall and all kinds of eating places. Come and Enjoy!

You can check this link out and see some hotels closeby....If price is your only criteria, then consider a Priceline bid, like a 3.5 or 4*.

Homewood Suites - Mall of America

2261 Killebrew Dr

Bloomington, MN, 55425

866-539-0036

$135 for a weekend night stay in a 2 room 500 sq foot (king bed with sofa) suite. Has microwave and fridge.

Includes free breakfast and free shuttle to MOA or airport (or anywhere within 5 miles).

During the week (Mon-Thur)they offer evening snacks and drinks for free.

Very very close to the Mall of America.

rate was found on hotels.com and it non-refundable.

$165 for refundable rate if cancelled within 24 hrs.

If price isn%26#39;t a big factor the Residence Inn is nice and has a shuttle, though not as close as some others to MOA it is very comfortable. But these days I just use priceline for a 3.5* and the rooms are cheap and good quality, maybe you have to drive to the mall but it isn%26#39;t a big deal.

Bloomington offers many hotel choices that fit your requirements: 2 Ramadas [one with a comedy club inside], Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, Quality Inn, Candlewood Suites and several others. You should visit the Bloomington CVB for additional unbiased suggestions. I do believe most if not all of these hotels and the majority of them in Bloomington also offer shuttle service to the Mall. You may even find a better deal in one of the surrounding suburbs like: Eagan or Richfield. Some of the chain hotels in those cities offer shuttles too.
